Good quality, delivery could be faster
I ordered the Crème au Smithsonite and it arrived well-packaged. The cream itself is fantastic, really hydrating and my skin feels smoother. However, the delivery took 7 days to reach Chicago, which felt a bit long for a luxury item. Customer service was polite when I inquired, but didn't offer to expedite. Good value for the quality, but they could improve on shipping speed.

This was my third order from Gemology, this time for the Gommage au Rubis. As always, the product quality is excellent; it's gentle but effective. Got the Crème de Nuit à la Pierre de Lune a while back. It's a really nice night cream, feels good on my skin. Didn't have any issues with the order, it came when they said it would. Pretty happy with it, nothing to complain about.
